Tomten kommer! Vi kan inte vara säkra på något när vi har att göra med stormakter. Om det är några som har erfarenhet av detta så är det just polackerna. Deras allians med de västliga militära stormakterna Frankrike och UK visade sig inte mycket värd när Nazityskland anföll. Säkert kommer jänkarna att vara närvarande i Europa den närmaste tiden. Emellertid är Europa för dem lågprioriterat i det geopolitiska maktspelet.
Nej 100% säker kan man aldrig vara om någonting egentligen. Men samtidigt så förstår USA vikten av säkerhet i Europa.
En attack mot Natoland (och då menar jag en riktig attack) är detsamma som att Ryssland startat tredje världskriget. Något sådant kan inte USA hålla sig borta från av flera anledningar. Först och främst är man allierad, och för det andra skulle det få så pass allvarliga konsekvenser att ignorera det är fullständigt otänkbart.
Lågprioriterat? Nä det håller jag inte med om. USA har fortfarande en stor närvaro, och den kan även utökas om det krävs. Dessutom har amerikanarna i dagarna övat tillsammans med norrmännen i norska havet.

US Air Force, Norway sink ship in maritime strike exercise
The U.S. Air Force and the armed forces of Norway conducted a joint exercise on Sept. 3 which saw both allies cooperate seamlessly to send a ship to the bottom of the Norwegian Sea.
A B-2 Spirit stealth bomber of the 53rd Wing flew in cohesion with Royal Norwegian Air Force F-35s and Norwegian personnel to sink a surface vessel, using the U.S. Air Force’s QUICKSINK anti-ship weapon.
The QUICKSINK is a ship-killing munition that can destroy surface vessels immediately on impact using smart technology. A new 500-pound version tested earlier this year has expanded the targeting capabilities of the B-2 and its ability to deliver more rapid stealth strikes.
“We are very pleased that the Americans want to test such new weapons together with Norwegian forces,” Lt. Col. Vegard Finberg, head of communications for the Norwegian Armed Forces, told Military Times. “This shows that the United States prioritizes maintaining stability and security in the High North. Stability in the High North is important for Norwegian, European and American security.
