I am contacting you regarding the cancellation of our flight xxx on July 3, 2025, from Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) to Ankara Esenboğa (ESB). We were informed about the cancellation only 1 hour prior to departure.
As the flight was scheduled to depart from an EU airport, we are entitled to compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004, regardless of the airline’s country of registration. Ja precis, EU 261/2004 är ganska hård och utan att veta de exakta omständigheterna så får flygbolaget pynta om det är deras fel. Väder och andra omständigheter utom flygbolagets kontroll får du ingen ersättning för, däremot ombokning, boende, måltider.
