This is the first time I have heard anyone ask about this. The box is completely locked and bolted to the ground. Nothing can be put inside of it and it cannot be removed without unbolting. I was waiting until after January 20th to ensure that we didn't have any special or unanticipated elections before using precious staff time to remove it. I apologize if no one gave me the message regarding your concern so that I could respond to it sooner. Admittedly I have taken a couple of days off after a year of non-stop working incredibly long hours, so I may not have been there for a couple of days.
Also, the ballots cast in it on election night were brought down for counting by a team of two county employees. Anyone can track the status of their mailed ballot on our website to ensure it was counted.

Well to be honest I Shared my concerns with your Mom (Earlene Beaver) 5-6 times after I could not connect with you at your place of work. That means we are not aligned.
