TAG Heuer does not sell authentic TAG Heuer watches on the Web. Therefore, a watch purchased on the Web from any other retailer may be counterfeit, damaged, tampered with, or contain inferior parts.

Orolus.com is not an authorised dealer but we obtain the watch directly from one located in our region. We act as an intermediary between the customer and the retailer but as we have bulk discounts we are able to pass on the savings.
We maintain the high standards that we advertise on our website and through our correspondence with our customers. All our watches sold are new and genuine, and meet the manufacturers' standards, as we do not compromise quality by selling seconds or worn watches.
When someone tells a dealer the watch has been purchased from the Internet, you can expect the same reply from them- that the watch is a fake, or that it has been refurbished and that the warranty is not valid.
To prove the authenticity of the watch, you may bring it in its original box and the warranty booklet to a dealer or authorized dealer in your area.
The serial number (look behind the watch) will confirm the authenticity of the watch as each watch manufactured has its own unique serial number. Fake watches DO NOT carry serial numbers, they are either unrecognizable, or have been removed and polished off. All our watches have their serial numbers intact, proving their authenticity as we do not scratch the serial numbers off.
The warranty booklet is a valid international warranty, stamped by an authorised dealer, is recognized worldwide.
With these, you can bring it to any dealer and have them service/repair your watch should the need arise.
We guarantee that all watches sold by us are NEW & GENUINE and will come in its original box and international warranty card. For your information, besides the manufacturers warranty period, Orolus will add an additional year of warranty on top of that.
We DO NOT remove/polish off the serial number for watches advertised on our website.
