Watch out for desinformation web sites!

Here’s examples of disinformation propaganda sites: JewWatch.com, Erichufschmid.net, Judicial-inc.biz. The latter site links to Erichufschmid’s obscure site at the bottom, so they are possible and probably the same project of the same author. Now these sites have been recently closed down by the web hosting company, but I’ve managed to provide links to these sites archived above.

I came across Erichufschmid’s site and the Judical’s site reading about Matt Hale, Ben Klassen and George Lincoln Rockwell some years ago, and I thought there was something strange about the writing. I remembered it was Klassen himself who called the John Birch Society ”a smoke screen for the Jews” and he left that organisation when he found out it was a phony false opposition run by jews – compare that to the above quote of ”is now known as” as to imply something completely different, for example.

There was a whole collection of twisted ”half-truths” (in which something is true and correct about what is written, but twisted like in the above example) that the author stacked up skewed to disapprove of someone or something, and as it went towards the end I started feeling that this writing was starting to imprint the feelings of apathy, hopelessness and defaitism in me, that it was the author’s wishes to do so in the reader.

I felt that there’s something Jewish, and I felt disgusted. Something disgusting and deceiving was lurking and sneaking like an ugly rat behind the site posing as the truth-teller.

I googled pictures of the name of the guy behind the site: Eric Hufschmit. Who’s the guy behind it? Want to know what this White Racial Loyalist who’s just telling it like it is and exposing the frauds in the pro-white movement look like? Link to Eric Hufschmid on Google Images. These are sites that claims to be exposing Jewish hoaxes and exposing White Racial Leaders who are Jews, but but are in themselves Jewish hoaxes made by Jews and not White Racial Loyalists, as we’re led to believe. These are divisive sites, with articles slandering and blatantly lying about many White Racial Loyalists. It’s Jewish propaganda.

Eric Hufschmid is clearly working for the Jews, as a fake anti-jewish desinformation agent. It’s controlled ‘opposition’. It’s the oldest trick in the – Jewish – book. “The best way to control the opposition is to lead it ourselves.” – Lenin, Jew-communist

Eric Thomson and Harold Covington has also lied and slandered Ben Klassen, which appear on-line, examples: 1, 2, 3, A Brief History of the White Nationalist Movement: "The Strange Case of Benny Klassen". It seems that a lot of people were and are jealous of Ben Klassen and Matt Hale and their geniuses, and so they will try and knock down the other guys house to make theirs and themselves look better.

Harold Covington's Defamation of Ben Klassen

The section about Klassen in the Brief History is called "The Strange Case of Benny Klassen." A substantially identical screed was posted in February 2007, several months before the first appearance of the entire Brief History, on "Jack88_2005's blog," where the following authorship is alleged:

It is noteworthy that initially Covington was not mentioned as a source. This is a significant omission, because on 3 August 2010, in an attempt at damage control (since he was being publicly identified as the author of the Brief History), Covington admitted that "a lot of the Klassen material (although not all of it) is either plagiarized directly from my past writings or re-worked from my stuff. In fact the Brief History's section on Ben Klassen is a very heavily "re-worked" article from the SPLC's Intelligence Report, Summer 1999, titled "A History." Covington's "The Strange Case of Benny Klassen" retains that article's format and much of its text.* It is not apparent that any source named on "Jack88_2005's blog" other than the SPLC was used. You would expect the SPLC as an anti-racist organization to be among the harshest critics of Ben Klassen, but their material is quite innocuous compared to what was added to it. The SPLC never accused Ben Klassen of rape, fraud, or murder ( apart from civil liability in the case of a Negro that was shot dead because he threatened to kill COTC minister George Loeb with a brick, a case which the SPLC won by default because Klassen was dead and his successor neither responded to the suit nor appeared in court).

If there were some verifiable revelations of impropriety about Klassen from former associates, such as appear in this Brief History, one would expect the SPLC to publicize them, but they do not. As Craig Cobb ("Chain") commented in 2007, "Likely the SPLC knows not to publish such disprovable lies on its website...." It stands to reason that the wild allegations that do not appear in the original SPLC piece -- allegations of sexual perversion, Jewish heritage, weird religious rituals, and a multitude of concealed crimes ranging from fraud to murder -- have no demonstrable basis in fact.

These stories were simply invented by Harold Covington. There is nobody else known for the kinds of bizarre accusations against Ben Klassen that Harold Covington makes, and he has a history of making these and similar accusations at least since 1989. Several of Covington's anti-Klassen smears which appear in the Brief History were also contained in his very nasty essay gloating over Klassen's death in September 1993 (which is substantially or entirely reproduced in all three of Jew Jeffrey Kaplan's books on White Nationalism).

Klassen had a few words to say about Covington too while he was alive, although nothing so bizarre as what Covington has been promulgating about him. "Anatomy of a Hypocrite" from the March 1989 issue of Racial Loyalty can easily be found online.

From that essay one gets a hint of the basis of this conflict: Covington had tried to discourage Klassen relocating to North Carolina because that was his own home state and he didn't want competition. This interpretation is confirmed in a letter written by Covington on 5 November 1992 wherein he complained that Will Williams was "trying to deliver the entire racialist movement in North Carolina to Old Benny Buttf-ck on a silver platter."

These smears don't seem to be entirely a matter of unscrupulous competition, though: to continue making false attacks on a man's reputation after he is dead, as Covington has done, seems more an expression of psychopathology than of calculating evil.

Following publication of "Anatomy of a Hypocrite," Covington retaliated by publishing highly imaginative libels against Ben Klassen and his right-hand man of the time, Will Williams, and subsequently against anybody (e.g., William Pierce, Tom Metzger) that seemed to be other than hostile toward them. That is the origin of the smears against Ben Klassen and several other of the people attacked in A Brief History of the White Nationalist Movement.

"Regarding my own unwitting participation, I concede that the section on Glenn Miller was lifted almost in toto from an article I wrote called L'Affaire Glenn Miller; that a lot of the Klassen material (although not all of it) is either plagiarized directly from my past writings or re-worked from my stuff; and that the Huey Long section is plagiarized from me as well." Two Covington Lies Demolished

"Murders That Never Happened" is a short excerpt from my much longer treatment of Harold Covington's defamation of Ben Klassen. I have found this convenient as a brief and indisputable demonstration of Harold Covington's brazen lying. Recently I posted it on The Occidental Observer, and asked Covington directly if he would like to back away from these accusations:

Covington, what do you mean you rest your case?

You have a paper trail of disgrace behind you that is not going away, especially since you yourself keep those issues alive by continuing the libels.

Let me ask you this Covington, since Chechar didn’t do it: do you still stand by the Barry Edwards and Dennis Witherspoon murder accusations that you’ve been making for decades, or do you now back away from those accusations since I contacted the relevant police agencies and they say that no such crimes occurred? [31 March 2011]

Covington's silence was conspicuous and telling, but more shocking was the lack of any expression of concern from onlookers, many of whom may have come to the discussion from a link that Covington posted on his own blog.

Nonetheless it had to be an embarrassment for any Covingtonista with at least half a brain when the examples were as clear as these:

Murders that Never Happened

Harold Covington would have us believe that Ben Klassen, founder of the Church of the Creator and author of Nature's Eternal Religion, was responsible for many unpunished crimes, including a number of murders, and that although he, Covington, knew this, somehow Klassen was never charged. ...

Part 2. "Dennis Witherspoon"

Covington's A Brief History of the White Nationalist Movement and his gloating obituary of Klassen also contain the tale of "Dennis Witherspoon," ...

The details given here imply that Klassen was a suspect in this "murder" and was questioned about it, but you will find nothing about it in a Google News Archive search. "The Old Order Passeth," an article written by Harold Covington under the pen name Luther Williams, which Covington sent out to readers of his Resistance newsletter in the 1990s, gives (on page 3) 1987, not 1989, as the date of the alleged anal rape: obviously, dates can be flexible in a story that was never based on fact anyway. According to Will Williams there was never a Dennis Witherspoon in the COTC.

For absolute verification, an inquiry was sent to the Miami-Dade Police Department:

Is there any record of a Dennis Witherspoon being found dead in rural Dade County? The claim is that he had been shot several times in the head with a .22-caliber revolver. This is alleged to have happened on 12 October 1990.

On 2 September 2010 Major Rey Valdes of the homicide bureau gave this response:

Thank you for your recent email requesting information related to the death of Dennis Witherspoon, which occurred in Miami-Dade County, on October 12, 1990.

We have researched our records and were unable to locate a homicide case involving Mr. Witherspoon, or matching the description you provided. In abundance of caution, we also contacted the Medical Examiner Department, with similar results.

This means that they could find neither any record of a homicide involving a Dennis Witherspoon, nor any killing of a similar description on or about the specified date.

Major Valdes says that further information, if anybody has any, or further inquiries about the alleged Witherspoon homicide (which evidently never occurred) should be directed to Sergeant Miguel Tabernero of the Homicide Bureau, Miami-Dade Police Department.

The examples given above are typical of the stories that Harold Covington was peddling about Ben Klassen and the Church of the Creator in 1989-1993.

Make your own inquiries of Florida law enforcement folks like he did. I was living and working working at the COTC headquarters "compound" in the summer of 1989 as Mr. Klassen's assistant and I know for a fact that there never was anyone name Dennis Witherspoon associated with the Church. It's all made up, like characters in Covington's escapist fantasy novels.

Only fools believe these tall tales, then repeat them without scrutinizing the claims. ...

The "goat dance" is a story that Harold Covington made up about the Church of the Creator. In fact Ben Klassen and his COTC did not believe in any supernatural entities whatsoever and I never saw any indication from newspaper archives that they had friction with their neighbors in North Carolina based on any bizarre ritual such as Covington alleges in his Brief History.

There is, however, a certain kind of primitive Christian that is eager to believe this kind of story. They assume that everybody who is not a Christian or perhaps even not the right kind of Christian is a Satanist and probably doing all kinds of perverted acts. Covington was catering to that mentality.

You can estimate what the quality of his followers might be resulting from that kind of rhetoric.

By contrast, Ben Klassen and the COTC were not widely known in 1987, and there is no evidence that they ever engaged in any "Goat Dance" ritual, and they certainly were not doing anything in North Carolina in 1980 because they only relocated there in 1982. You won't find reference to any "Goat Dance" in any North Carolina newspapers. Only Harold Covington says this [Källa: Hadding].

Every time Covington uses the term "Goat-Dancer" he is invoking a story that he made up about Ben Klassen and his Church of the Creator two decades ago, and that's probably in every podcast.

In his podcasts, Covington also periodically attacks Dr. William Pierce and I have heard him accuse Matt Koehl of being complicit in the murder of George Lincoln Rockwell.

The Brief History that I debunk in this thread is Covington's recent work. He started promoting it and mailing it out to people four years ago. It's ostensibly anonymous, but it's obviously Covington's work: it's all about arguing that Covington is the only good WN leader out there, and that everybody else is scum. How are we supposed to believe that Covington just happened to find this somehow and has no idea who wrote it? In any case he bears the responsibility of endorsing it on his DownWithJugears blog (as recently as last year). He claims that it's all true.

Covington also attacks people under pseudonyms. Last year I became aware that Covington was using the name of Keith Fulton (here), which he has been doing for some years. (It resembles Covington's writing, and somebody who received that missive from "Keith Fulton" sent the header to me and I traced the IP to Seattle.)

The fact that he is able more or less to behave himself during an interview with Tom Sunic, or while promoting his podcast on WNN as "Bob Rudisill," should fool nobody. [Källa: Hadding]

Instead of presenting verifiable information like this about Klassen's life before the COTC, the author of the Brief History confines himself to innuendos that Klassen was a Jew and had been prosecuted for fraud, none of which is documentable. The claims are as follows:

that Klassen was indicted in 1948 along with several others (with Jewish names) for "mail fraud, bankruptcy fraud, and theft from interstate commerce by a Federal grand jury in New Orleans." The author admits however that he really knows of no such indictment when he says, "Details are sketchy."

Grand jury indictments are a matter of public record, and it would have been reported in newspapers. A news archive search for 1947-1949 turns up nothing relevant.

[The claim is as follow] that Klassen's "religious affiliation is listed in the 1968 Florida State Government Who’s Who as Jewish." There is no book called the Florida State Government Who's Who. There is Who's Who in Government, and there is Florida Lives: The Sunshine State Who's Who. The title that Covington gives is one that nobody will be able to find on the reference shelf of any library.

One of the bad things that we take along with the good possibilities of internet, is that anybody can set himself up as an ostensible expert on some matter or a spokesman for some cause, and if he is really reckless and throws around shocking accusations, he will probably attract more attention faster than if he is cautious.

There is also the fact that some people use smears as a way of damaging those competing with them for supporters and donations.

I don't think that it is a good practice in general to respond to false accusations by impugning the motives of the one making the accusations, unless you have solid evidence. You are entitled to say that something being said is false. People then can assess for themselves whether this is true or not. But to say that somebody with an idiotic opinion or a counterproductive approach is therefore a Jew, or an agent of the Jews -- except in the extraordinary circumstance that you actually can prove it -- is just a blind stab in the dark, and making that counter-accusation will reduce your credibility with thinking people.

I intend here to debunk some long-standing and widely circulated smears about various White Nationalist figures, using, so far as possible, irrefutable facts.

The only negative aspect to this is that I will mention some of the sources that have been propagating or repeating these rumors. These people should probably be more careful about what they say if they want to retain credibility. Fundamentally this is not about attacking anybody, but about debunking attacks and establishing facts.

Several R-W personalities have viciously attacked Ben Klassen, averring he was a Jew, fag. murderer. traitor, etc.

Here is my take on Ben Klassen, Pontiff Maximus:

About 1972 I chanced upon a book-shop in Pompano Beach, Florida. I was startled by the owner's audacity. There in the show-window, featured among many right-wing publications, was a Mein Kampf display with Nazi flags carefully arranged around it. I walked inside and there for the first time I met Ben Klassen.

Ben was brilliant, learned, holder of a lucrative patent, brimming with ideas, and about to write a book ( later titled: The Whiteman's Bible).. Thereafter, I met with him from time to time . I met his wife, an attractive lady, and I met several of his friends.

My plans took me to California in 1974. I built a house there which was torched by Jews . My family and I escaped by the skin of our teeth.

We returned to the east coast. Klassen invited me to be his house guest. I drove down to Otto and stayed three days. He and his wife were good hosts. They were affectionate toward one another. He showed me photographs of his mother and father, Mennonites, of German extraction - Aryans, no doubt about that. They had been badly treated by Jews in Estonia (?) following WWI.

Ben, as most well informed free-thinkers, despised The Old and New Testaments as Israeli plots to destroy Gentiles. His arguments were referenced and convincing.

We had our meals at a local restaurant where the staff treated Ben and his wife as visiting royalty . To make a long story short, Ben asked me to join his Church. I would be his next in command and he offered a reasonable salary for that kind of endeavor. I refused because I felt (then) that his ideology divided the White Race along religious lines at the very moment we needed unity. My targets were the FED and the Media.

During the time period that I personally knew Klassen he didn't behave like a fag ( as his detractors alledge); nor did I take him, his wife and family for anything but Aryans.

Following my attempt to place the FED Board of Governors under citizens-arrest I was imprisoned for 6.5-years and lost touch with Klassen. After shedding my shackles in 1989, I spoke to Ben several times over the tele. He had no idea that I had been in prison because RW-leaders "buried me" as too politically-incorrect to associate with. My trial, was not mentioned in their publications or discussed at their meetings. (see:FED CAPERS at my website).

Ben asked me to paint his portrait which I did (see Klassen web-site) in exchanged for his remarkable set of books. Ben telephoned me after his wife died. He was very despondent...

Most Professional Patriots, not wanting to offend Christian donators, profess a totally different take on Ben Klassen et famille than I do. I believe Ben was an Aryan genius, straight, far ahead of his time, dwarfing those who vilify him. I believe he was murdered.

CREATIVITY IS NOT A CULT!

One thing I have realised over the years is that people tend to call a "cult" anything having to do with religion that they have little knowledge of or understanding of. Thus our Church has indeed been called a "cult" by ignorant people, usually people totally immersed in the Christian viewpoint and perspective isolated from other forms of religion. For a lot of people, in fact, a "cult" is any religious group they don't like! In reality our Church is anti-cult for several reasons.

First, we keep no one in it against their will.

Second, while we do believe in the leadership principle, we do not believe in a cult of personality. Yes, we salute the leader but we do not consider him some kind of prophet or messiah.

Third, we in no way try to isolate our believers from the rest of society as cults do. On the contrary, we try to be a part of society as much as we can.

Fourth, unlike cults, we make no claim whatever that the world is coming to an end or other such twaddle . For example, a lot of cults say that the world is coming to an end in "2012" Yeah right!

Creativity Unique - Not a rehash of the Nazi philosophy

We Creators believe that Adolf Hitler was a pioneer who made a tremendous breakthrough for the White Race, but unfortunately he did not break the back of the Jewish monster. On the contrary, the Jews emerged victorious from the ashes of a defeated Germany. When WWII ended, the Jews were ten times more powerful than before that holocaust began. Now, over forty years later they have further consolidated that power and tightened their death grip on the world, and on the White Race. It remains up to us, the present generation of the White People, to break that Jewish stronghold. Nobody else will do it for us. We Creators have learned much from the Nazi experience and the mistake made in dealing with the Jewish monster. National Socialism was the first mighty breakthrough for the White Race, but it was not the total answer. IN CREATIVITY, THE WHITE RACE FINALLY HAS THE TOTAL ANSWER TO THE PROBLEMS OF WHITE RACIAL SURVIVAL, EXPANSION AND ADVANCEMENT! We Creators have come up with a completely different approach and use the same weapons the Jews have used so successfully for over 3500 years, namely the POWER OF RELIGION.

There are at least eight Fundamental Differences between the Creativity movement and the Nazi movement, which have been outlined in Expanding Creativity (p.56-57) and Building a Whiter and Brighter World (p.50-51):

1. Whereas the concern of Hitler and the Nazi movement was to save Germany from the enemies that surrounded her, the overwhelming goal of the Church of the Creator is to save the White Race and insure the survival, expansion and advancement of the White Race on a worldwide basis. We preach not nationalism, but Racialism.

2. Hitler himself stated that the Nazi movement was a political movement exclusively for the Germans and not for export. CREATIVITY is, in contrast, a RELIGIOUS MOVEMENT designed for global proportions to embrace all the White peoples of this Planet Earth.

3. Whereas Hitler never tackled the issue of Jewish christianity, and, in fact, sometimes even mildly identified with it, we confront christianity head-on, expose its treacherous and deceitful nature, and its Jewish origins.

4. Hitler left us a burdensome legacy that still lingers on in the minds of many of his admirers, and that is that the Jewish problem must be solved as a political problem. We Creators say: not so, it is a religious problem that can only be solved by replacing Jewish christianity with a powerful racial religion for the White Race. In the one and only, true and revolutionary White Racial Religion—CREATIVITY—we have such a solution.

5. Whereas the Nazi movement took a harsh and hostile stance toward many of its White neighbors—the French, the Poles, the Czechs, etc., CREATIVITY, on the other hand, seeks to embrace and unite all the White peoples of the world in the spirit of White Racial Loyalty and solidarity.

6. Whereas Hitler formed a military alliance with one of the more powerful mud races, namely the Japanese, to help kill White peoples, to us Creators this is sheer treason and must never happen again. A cardinal rule of the Church of the Creator is: never, never again shall the White Race engage in suicidal warfare against its own kind but concentrate its power and hostility instead against its racial enemies—Jews, niggers and the mud races.

7. Out “mythos” is the American scene of our White pioneering forefathers, Manifest Destiny and the Winning of the West, which we consider as the finest chapter in the history of the entire White Race. In contrast, the Nazi mythos was narrowly nationalistic in orientation, with the exclusive emphasis on German language and history.

8. We shun the “personality cult” approach to the overwhelming problem that confronts us and rely instead on logic and common sense, on the experience of history, and on the Eternal Laws of Nature as the broad and solid base upon which to build our powerful religious movement for the White Racial Survival, Expansion and Advancement.

We must not get into the rut of merely rehashing the problem endlessly. Let us instead direct our energies constructively towards solving the problem by building a massive White Racial movement. CREATIVITY is the solution. There will never be a better time to get our act together than NOW. We will not get a second chance. If the White Race isn’t worth saving, what is? The work of CREATORS everywhere is to restore the natural instincts Nature gave to the White Race.

Creativity considers itself to be a religion but it does not espouse a belief in a God, afterlife or any sort of supreme being. ... Creativity teaches that Creators should live their lives according to the principle that what is good for white people is the ultimate good and what is bad for white people is the ultimate sin. According to The White Man’s Bible, the “survival” of white people must be ensured “at all costs. ... Plaintiff holds these beliefs and, in June 1998, became a “reverend” in the World Church of the Creator. ...

As a threshold matter, the plaintiff must show that his or her beliefs constitute a ‘religion” under the meaning of Title VII. See id. The determination of what is a religion or religious belief “is more often than not a difficult and delicate task.” Tomas v. Review Bd. of the lnd, Employment Sec. Div., 450 U.S. 707, 714 (1981); see also Africa v. Pa., 662 F.2d 1025,1031 (3d Cir. 1981) (“Few tasks that confront a court require more circumspection than that of determining whether a particular set of ideas constitutes a religion.”). Deciding how to distinguish a religion from other types of beliefs or belief systems has been a source of great controversy for courts and commentators. ...

Nonetheless, a test has emerged to determine whether beliefs are a religion for purposes of Title VII. Rather than define religion according to its content, the test requires courts take a functional approach and ask whether a belief “functions as” religion in the life of the individual before the court.

... stating that they supply the test for determining what is a “religion” under Title VII); 29 C.F.R. § 1605.1 (same). Stated another way, the court should find beliefs to be a religion if they “occupy the same place in the life of the [individual] as an orthodox belief in God holds in the life of one clearly qualified.” Seeqer, 380 U.S. at 184. To satisfy this test, the plaintiff must show that the belief at issue is “’sincerely held’” and “‘religious’” in [his or her] own scheme of things.” Redmond, 574 F.3d at 901 n.1 2 (quoting Seeger 380 U.S. at 185). In evaluating whether a belief meets this test, courts must give “’great weight’” to the plaintiff’s own characterization of his or her beliefs as religious. Seeger, 380 U.S. at 184.

To be a religion under this test, a belief system need not have a concept of a God, supreme being, or afterlife, Welsh, 398 U.S. at 339-40; United States v. Bush, 509 F.2d 776, 780-84 (7th Cir. 1975) (en banc) (finding religious the ethical beliefs of en atheist who did not believe in an afterlife), or derive from any outside source. Purely “moral and ethical beliefs” can be religious “so long as they are held with the strength of religious convictions.” Welsh, 398 U.S. at 339-40.

Courts also should not attempt to assess a belief’s “truth” or “validity.” Seeger, 380 U.S. at 1 84-85; see Thomas 450 U.S. at 714 (Resolution of whether a belief is religious does “not turn upon a judicial perception of the particular belief or practice in question.”); Hobbie v. Unemployment Appeals Comm’n of Fla., 480 U.S. 136, 144 n.9 (1987) (stating that truth of plaintiff’s beliefs is irrelevant); Seeger, 380 U.S. at 185 (“[C]ourts . . . are not free to reject beliefs because they consider them incomprehensible.”). So long as the belief is sincerely held and is religious in the plaintiff’s scheme of things, the belief is religious regardless of whether it is “acceptable, logical, consistent, or comprehensible to others.” Thomas 450 U.S. at 714. ...

B. Application of Law to Facts

1. Creativity is a “Religion” under Title VII

The parties hotly dispute whether Creativity is a religion under Title VII. Thus, as an initial matter. I must determine whether plaintiff’s beliefs are “sincerely held” and “religious In his own scheme of things.” See Redmond, 574 F.3d at 901 n.12 (internal citations and quotation marks omitted).

Here, the first prong is undisputed. Plaintiff states that he has “a sincere belief” in the teachings of Creativity (R. 20 ¶ 4); and defendant offers no contrary evidence. Thus, plaintiff meets the first prong of the test.

The second prong is also undisputed. Plaintiff considers his beliefs religious and considers Creativity to be his religion. I must give “great weight” to that belief. See Seeger, 380 U.S. at 184. in addition, Creativity plays a central role in plaintiff’s life. Plaintiff has been a minister in the World Church of the Creator for more than three years. Upon becoming a minister, he took the following oath:

Having been duly accepted for the Ministry in The World Church of the Creator, I hereby reaffirm my undying loyalty to the White Race and The World Church of the Creator and furthermore swear allegiance until Pontifex Maximus Matt Hale, and his duly appointed successors; that I will carry out all instructions assigned to me; that I will fervently promote the Creed and Program of Creativity as long as I live; that I will follow the Sixteen Commandments and encourage others to do the same; that the World Church of the Creator is the only pro-White Organization of which I am a member so that my energies may not be divided; that I will remain knowledgeable of our scared Creed, particularly of the books, Nature’s Eternal Religion and The White Man’s Bible; that I will always exhibit high character and respect; and lastly, that I will aggressively convert others to our Faith and build my own ministry.

(R. 20 Ex. 2.) Plaintiff states that he “work[s] at putting [the teachings of Creativity] into practice every day.” (R.20 ¶ 4.) Thus, all the evidence conclusively reveals that the teachings of Creativity are “religious” in plaintiff’s “own scheme of things.” These beliefs occupy for plaintiff a place in his life parallel to that held by a belief in God for believers in more mainstream theistic religions. Thus, Creativity “functions as” religion for plaintiff. Plaintiff has met his initial burden of showing that his beliefs constitute a religion for purposes of Title VII.

Rather, the EEOC regulation means that “religion” under Title VII includes belief systems which espouse notions of morality and ethics and supply a means from distinguishing right from wrong. Creativity has these characteristics. Creativity teaches that followers should live their lives according to what will best foster the advancement of white people and the denigration of all others. This precept, although simplistic and repugnant to the notions of equality that undergird the very non-discrimination statute at issue, is a means for determining right from wrong. Thus, defendant’s argument must be rejected.

Similarly, defendant argues that the Court in Seeger and Welsh found the individuals’ beliefs “religious” because they rested on notions of “goodness, morality, and living up to the highest ideals of society,” not “separation, exclusion, repatriation hatred, or killing,” like plaintiff in this case. (R. 23 at 4-5.) The court has no quarrel with defendant’s subjective characterization of the plaintiff’s belief system. However as discussed previously, Title VII protects against discrimination on the basis of religion, regardless of the court’s or any one else’s opinion of the religion at issue. Plaintiff has shown that Creativity functions as religion in his life; thus, Creativity is for him a religion regardless of whether it espouses goodness or ill. Defendant’s argument is again rejected.
