Iran today sank one of it's own ships with a Noor (C-802) anti-ship cruise missile fired from an Iranian Moje Class destroyer (Jamaran)

The Iranian Hendijan-class multi-purpose support vessel Konarak was sunk with 23 confirmed casualties (bodies found) of the 40 sailors onboard.

Som vanligt när det inträffar olyckor dyker det upp motsägelsefulla uppgifter. På Aljazeera English sa dom nyss "hit" i stället för sänkt och "at least one dead and several injured". En viss skillnad mot sänkt och minst 23 döda.

Vi får väl se vad mullorna kommer fram till...

Man kan också se det som att de har en extremt effektiv krigsmaskin. Skjuter ner allt!


De kanske hade paus för bönestund, när de egentligen borde sett till att få fart på båten och ta sig ur övningszonen.

Muslimer verkar oftast inte bry sig om säkerhetstänk heller. För det är guds vilja som gäller ändå.

Nitton döda, 15 skadade och ett en aning tillbucklat fartyg blev resultatet av övningen. Konarak sjönk inte men som hon ser ut duger hon bara till målfartyg vid nästa övning...

En mörk dag för Irans flotta och befälhavaren på Jamaran får nog se sig om efter ett nytt jobb.

""On Sunday evening... during naval exercises performed by a number of the naval force's vessels in the waters of Jask and Chabahar, an accident happened involving the Konarak light support ship vessel, causing the martyrdom of a number of brave members of the naval forces," the navy said in a statement on Monday.

The statement added that the Konarak had been taken to a port for "technical inspection", but it made no reference to the circumstances of the accident."
