Därför att 96 är spritt över flera dagar bakåt, vad är svårt att förstå? Kolla IVA-inläggningar.
Yes, the number of IVA patients has found itself lowered from the peak but now appears to be at a plateau that is now showing signs of rising. From 334 on the 22nd to 340 today; which may still rise as regions report in. If this trend can be broken it will be promising but otherwise there may be cause to worry if this rises tomorrow as well.
During the decline the average time to an IVA rose by 0.4 days and the average age rose by 0.1 years.
Also worth noting that including non-COVID 19 patients, the current number of patients in an IVA are over 500 and indicate an incredibly high strain on the hospital system; which would have found itself over capacity with this number of patients if more IVA beds had not been allocated. I imagine doctors and nurses are suffering from extreme fatigue and stress at this point, it would not surprise me if a number of them had broken down already — something that has been brought up by interviews with healthcare staff in the press this month as well.
