At this point, the plan was to have Hillary succeed Bush. But that fell short early in the primaries because a young hot shot named Obama was the cabal choice. Bill has power, but ultimately he's just a puppet too. This might be what Obama and Hillary talked about on the tarmac way back when she was upset.
This is where the 16 year plan was hatched. Clinton agreed to be president after Obama and meanwhile be the SOS. Obama was groomed since birth. His parents having seeming Clown connections (Asia Foundation). He went back to Africa in 88 and met Strzok. Alwaleed got him into Harvard Law through the HUMA program.
The idea was Obama was going to charm the pants off America, meanwhile letting the cabal run amuck. When he assumed office he had a huge dowry, thanks to Bill Clinton, in the form of a $700b TARP. What do you do with tarps? Cover stuff up.
Imagine the wall Trump could build with $700b? All he's asking for is $20b and he can't get that. Obama got it on a silver platter.
Obama did little to fix the economy. Bankers weren't held accountable. And the stock market was artificially inflated with QE injection. If you measure the stock market in gold, you can see the Obama recovery was 100% nominal.
So Obama was the guy with the really deep cabal connections. His job was to tee up America for its ultimate destruction. Hillary, as SOS learned the full game plan and prepared.
This is why the DNC absolutely had to have Hillary win against the peoples choice, Sanders. This is why Sanders was warned not to criticize her too much in the debates. Unfortunately, Hillary is so bad at being evil it showed too well and people still preferred Sanders largely over her.

During the general Trump was the cabals preferred opponent. They underestimated how popular he really was. They threw all the mud in the world at him and for some reason it just ricochet back to them. It was incredible to watch. Trump was always 5 steps ahead. His followers even made up a term, 5d chess.
He's a smart guy, but he wasn't acting alone. Love or hate the guy, you can't deny he's a true patriot. The good actors (in America, not Russia!) knew this, and helped him as much as possible.

Om något sådant införs nu i år så kan vi se USA upphöra som demokrati och förvandlas till 2010-Talets Italien.
