Unpleasant news continues to arrive: after yesterday's news about the non-admission to the Olympic Games in Pchechkhan, Sergei Ustyugov , today the "Tyumen Arena" has learned new details and new candidates who will not go to the Olympics.
According to the publication, the FLGR submitted to the IOC a request from 45 people, among whom there were eleven skiers who were suspended for life for participation in the Games.
But in the end "green light" was given only to 20 sportsmen: it is known that among them there is no Denis Spitsov and Tatyana Alyoshina. They did not violate the anti-doping rules, but since they appeared on the World Cup just recently, they did not have time to take the necessary four doping tests in out-of-competition period.
It should be noted that the press service of the FMLR did not make any official statements regarding the situation: the site published a reprint of TASS material on the non-admission of Ustyugov and congratulations on the birthday of the president of the biathlon union of Russia, Alexander Kravtsov.

Spitsov har alltså inte fått grönt ljus.
