Allt enligt Transparency International.
"In a new national plan for 2014-2015, President Putin has approved more anti corruption measures. It seems that a considerable number of the measures are a continuation of measures in previous plans; however there are some new measures to be introduced. Given recent events, the bill also notes that anti corruption measures should be extended to Crimea and Sevastopol. This is the fourth "national plan against corruption". The first national plan against corruption was approved by President Medvedev in June 2008 and subsequent plans were approved in 2010-2011 and 2012-2013.
As part of the new measures being introduced, a new automated system will be created in Russia to monitor the incomes, expenses and property of officials. There has been talk of modernizing these procedures for a few years as officials and deputies still submit their declarations on paper. The national plan states that an electronic database will be created to collect all this information but does not mention whether this information will be disclosed. A key priority is also the introduction of professional and general anti corruption courses. The Russian Academy of National Economy and State Services will design a special course on anti corruption measures for professors, while higher education institutions will design anti corruption modules to be included in certain programmes."
