I've been thinking about taking my coding a bit more seriously and I've been thinking about buying a Tablet PC with Windows 8, there is a specific tablet that i got my thoughts on:
http://www.komplett.no/mlf/produkt/d...602G06ass).pdf (PDF)
I'm very aware that computer's, laptop's, smartphones etc may look very promising in the specification details, but after you bought the product you realize that it was not what you thought it would be. (compared to the specification details).
So now is my question: how will this tabletPC work with Visual Studio 2012? (I can imagine that compiling may be slow.)
and also, do Acer have reliable products? I don't feel like buying something that later appears to have hardware or firmware problems.
My opinions are;
1.According to the specification details (the PDF) You get much for the money (7190:- Kronor SWEDISH - 840,14:- EURO) compared to other tabletPC's.
2. It comes with a dock which will come in handy when I code and also the dock comes with a extra built-in battery (Up to 18 hours battery time with dock according to the PDF) and in my opinion this sounds very promising.
3. It has a built-in 3G-Modem (Yes, I know that many others has too but this one has a good price (In my opinion, or does it?)
What are your opinions, what should I think about before buying and why?
Do you know any other tabletPC's that seem to fit my opinions?
