Problem med uppgradering till OS X Mountain Lion

Hej, jag har nyligen köpt en begagnad macbooK PRO som blir min extradator. Men problemet är bara att jag har försökt uppdatera den från lion till mountain lion. Men det går inte riktigt. Som vanlig har jag följt Mac regler osv, skickat in mitt "kvitto" o.s.v. Men deras svar till mig är att mitt "kvitto" (som är ett garantibevis) inte fungerar som kvitto. Men saken är att jag har inget "kvitto". Kvittot som köparen innan mig fick var digitalt och han har inte kvar det. Utan har bara kvar garantibeviset. Så jag skrev till dem - men har ännu (1 vecka sedan) inte fått något svar. Så vad tror ni - hur ska jag lösa detta?

Unless you bought it from a reseller, you don't qualify for the upgrade. I'm not sure used/refurbished hardware qualifies in the first place.

Solution: Buy it from the app store or "buy" it with your degraded morals, and your time, off the pirate bay. Either works
