Hej. Det är så att en polare och jag håller på med scamming inom WoW. Vi tjänar ca 700kr per scam genom att sälja så kallade boosts inom Arena, Battlegrounds osv.
Betalningen sker över PayPal, och i 9/10 fall händer inget efter scammen. Nu är det så att vi har en snubbe som jag öppnat en dispyt mot oss. Vilket innebär att pengarna han betalade mig har borta tills vi har kommit fram till en lösning.
Om vi inte kommer fram till en lösning, vilket vi inte kommer göra då vi har valt att inte betala tillbaka utan att köra på, kommer detta antagligen gå vidare till PayPal för undersökning. Här är vår konversation. Vi försöker få han att framstå som om han vill ha tillbaka pengarna för en redan "slutförd" tjänst.

Dear -, we hope for the sake of yourself that you understand how severe this claim is, by patheticly trying to get your money back and by then get the service for free. We are a serious organisation and we would never break our deals.
You should not order a service if your not absolutely determined, you especially shouldn't ask for a refund when the service has already been completed.

You gotta be kidding me , can you tell me then the character you boosted and helped me with , I have our full conversation and skype , simple fact is your telling lies which is very unfair as I was good enough to put up the money 1st before you provided your so called service , My guess is I am not the only one which I am sure paypal can see. so good luck trying to cheat people out of there money, so if that's your stance I will take it further. yes I know how severe FRAUD is and I will take you all the way too prove you are a scam company and committing fraud to take peoples money.

but this isn't anything new in this buisness, it's a well-known scam.
We do not save any information from completed deals.
If you want take this further it's your choice, but have in mind the service you bought is NOT legal

Well that may well be , Trust me I will take this as far as I can to prove you are scamming people and I will also involve the police to investigate charges for fraud.
If you are a stand up company just say when where and on what character you provided your service and this will be easily resolved , I am more than happy to go through the whole process to make sure you cant do it to other people and prove you are telling lies and practising in fraudulent behaviour on the internet.
I will be escalating this dispute to a claim through paypal have no doubt about it.

Dear -, even if we are absolutely sure of that the service were completed, you insist of that the service wasn't completed. Therefore we reference you to our site, there you can read about our policies right before confirming a buy.
Additionally to the conversation we had on Skype, we talked aswell inside of the online game. This chatlog can't be retrieved by us.
We think that escalating this dispute to PayPal would serve the best for both of us.

Also please retrieve the chat log and send it to this post and myself as I know I took no part in it and can prove that with out a any doubt.

"Under extreme circumstances deals do not always complete, and in those cases we do not refund your money. By confirming this buy, you can't regret."
Angående Skype konversationen, så står det om vad hans gubbe heter som ska boostas och vilken tid som passar, inget annat.
Vi har då hittat på att vi pratade in-game, där han då ändrade sig och ville ha boosten på en annan gubbe.(Allt detta är lögn, men hur skall han kunna bevisa motparten när det skedde över chatten i wow?)
Hur som helst stödjer inte World of Warcraft detta och kommer antagligen inte lägga sig i fallet, efter vad vi tror.
Frågan är bara, att han "hotar" med att kontakta polisen osv. Är det möjligt att han vinner detta? Kommer polisen ens bry sig?(han bor i England)Hur pass starka bevis krävs? Har han egentligen några bevis? Han har som sagt godkänt vår policy genom att betala?
