Hjälp att instalera Photoshop cs5, jag kan inte ändra hostfilen!

Hej, jag har laddat ner detta http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/5628169 torrentet till min dator. Allt fungerar bra tills man ska ändra host filen. Instruktionen ser ut såhär:

1; Uninstall all previous cs3/4 photoshop apps.

2; Turn off internet

3; Replace your hosts file with the one in this folder
or open your hosts file with notepad and change it
to look like this;

4; Restart and make sure hosts entries are saved (open it with notepad and look).

5; Install photoshop CS5 using serials;

6; Copy the dll file from this folder and replace each of the amtlib.dll
files in crograme files adobe

Det med tjocka bokstäver fungerar helt enkelt inte. Jag har windows 7 och när jag öppnar host filen som jag ska ändra på ser det ut såhär:

det stämmer inte in men när jag ska ändra på det så kommer det upp att jag behöver kontakta adnimistratören innan jag får ändra på det. Och eftersom jag är adnim på min dator så trodde jag att det inte skulle vara någe problem.

Nån som skulle kunna hjälpa mig???

PS! Jag har laddat ner 1 annan verision av Photoshop cs4 men när jag instalerade den också fel så la den sig bara på datorn och nu kan jag inte få bort den. Ligger där och drar ut 2,5 gig av datorn. När jag testar att avinstalera det står det "att ett fel inträffade" och "se nedanför för mer information" men det står ingenting. Hoppas att ni vet hur man kan fixa ialla fall något av detta!

Finns en HOST fil i mappen du kan ersätta direkt. Den texten med fetstil är ju bara exempel.

Du måste sätta igång det 'riktiga' admin kontot,

Alt 1. gui

Alt 2. cmd

Sen får du logga ut/växla användare och ändra i hosts filen.

Hittade ett smidigare sätt
Öppna cmd som administrator och skriv in
notepad %WINDIR%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
så slipper du byta användare.
funkar det inte får du göra alt 1 eller 2, va det jag gjorde när jag installerade ps

Jag funderar på att ändra min HOST-fil men vad är det man egentligen gör?Jag menar det ligger trots allt i \system32 och då vill jag veta vad jag gör.
