Så de vill utrota de 2 miljonerna som bor i Israel (inom Israels internationellt erkända gränser (alltså själva kallas ofta arabiska israeler eller palestinska medborgare i Israel).
De är ungefär 20 procent av Israels befolkning (cirka 2 miljoner människor). De flesta är muslimer, men det finns också kristna palestinier och druser.
De har:
* israeliskt medborgarskap och rösträtt,
* rätt att sitta i Knesset (Israels parlament),
* tillgång till israelisk sjukvård och utbildning.
