"Toppdiplomat", hur då? "Ambassadör över havet" är inte riktigt samma sak som att vara amassadör i exempelvis Moskva eller Washington....
När man läser hennes wiki så är det mest fluff som "ambassadör för havet" och "diplomat för vatten".
