More countries are stepping up to invest directly in Ukrainian defense production, according to Rustem Umerov. Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Lithuania have announced funding for Ukraine's long-range drones and missile programs. Norway has allocated 500 million NOK ($45 million), while Denmark plans to continue investments in Ukraine’s defense sector and increase its military aid in 2025 to €2.2 billion. Sweden has joined Denmark’s model to fund Ukrainian long-range drone production, and Lithuania signed a memorandum of understanding, committing an initial €10 million for Ukraine’s "Palyanytsia" weapons project, with funds to be transferred soon.
