I have stumbled upon a very interesting lawful decision made by the swedish gambling authority, "Spelinspektionen" on the 2024-07-01.
The decision states the Hitz Gaming OU has been marketing its casinos to swedish players although Hitz Gaming OU does not have a license in Sweden. I am pretty sure your company is aware of this so I will not go into the case any further in this email.

I am with this fresh lawful decision from Spelinspektionen as basis demanding a total repayment of every Euro you have profited from me as a player. The amount is to be the balance between my deposits and any withdrawal made including cashback balance (since this is withdrawable money). You will need to provide documents showing deposits, withdrawals and credited cashbacks to support that the refunded amount is correct. Since I am already verified at Winnerz I do not have to provide any personal documents again. My latest method of withdrawal is still valid for you to make the refund.
If you somehow reach the decision not to refund me, please write a thorough explanation as to why. Your reply will then be forwarded to relevant authorities in Sweden and Estonia for further escalation.
