Russian Defence Ministry announces the launch of a large-scale offensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

According to the military ministry, since the morning of 4 June, the enemy launched a large-scale offensive in five sectors of the front in the South Donetsk direction by introducing into battle 23 and 31 mechanized brigades from the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strategic reserves with the support of other military units and subunits.

The Russian MoD reported that two Ukrainian brigades were committed in "South Donetsk," with a battalion's worth of equipment lost. Additional fighting was reported further west in Zaporozhe proper.

Efter 20 minuters letande av information får jag en känsla av att detta var probing attacker fast modellen större som ville testa vart Ryssen är som svagast, där skulle man fokusera. Ryssen var dock redo och slog tillbaka hårt.

Summa summarum - vi får nog vänta i "2 veckor till" på den "riktiga" offensiven..

De mest intressanta händelserna är kanske inte försöket till offensiv vilket kan sägas varit väntat. Det som sticker ut från gårdagen är att polacker deltog i operationer in på ryskt territorium. De själva går ut på TG.
