Samtidigt säger man att Biden administrationen hotar Uganda via Pentagon med "konsekvenser" ifall de inte öppnar upp för mer HBTQ+.
I CNN publicerade man nyligen artiklar där man påstår att det egentligen är Putin som står bakom anti-hbtq+ i Uganda och att man försöker sprida en homofientlig ideologi i Afrika.
Pentagons John Kirby bekräftade i dagarna att hbtq+-rättigheter är en prioriterad fråga för USA i utrikespolitiken.
