Lithuanian Minister of Communications and Transport Marius Skuodis said that Kaliningrad transit payments depend only on banks. Such a statement was made in response to the Russian charge d’affaires in Lithuania Sergey Ryabokon handing out a note of protest to Lithuania, arguing that the crossing to the Kaliningrad region may soon come to a complete halt.
