Putin beordrar styrkor att gå in i Ukraina - INVASION NU (2022-02-24)

We are on the eve of the second stage of Russia's operation on the territory of the former Ukraine and in the Donbass. There are several options for the development of the event. The first is a fight for the ledge: Kharkov, Izyum, Vugledar. We are slowly advancing towards the Slavic-Kramatorsk agglomeration. Fighting on the line Ugledar - Pologi. A section of the ledge suggests itself - this is the battle for the Donbass in the truest sense of the word.

Izyum, Popasnaya, Severodonetsk, Donetsk are the key points of the ledge. This is where offensive action comes in. But in fact, there are several options for the development of events.

Based on the concentration of the BTG (battalion-tactical groups), we can consider an attack in a northerly direction. The enemy expects us to attack in the southern direction and pumped up a grouping of up to 100 thousand there. Therefore, a strike in the direction of Poltava looks promising.

Let's look at the terrain. If we break through the defenses here, we will reach Poltava. They'll start pulling reserves here. This is, of course, a distraction. After him, we can try to take Zaporozhye from the Vasilyevka-Pologi line. The development of the offensive here will create a threat already to the Dnepropetrovsk agglomeration of the enemy.

You can hit Zaporozhye, try to immediately take the city and (or) develop an offensive on Nikolaev with 2 groups: the first, not taking, but blocking (the city has been “kneaded” for a long time), the other to reach the Razdelnoye-Ivanovka line with access to Transnistria.

The next stage is in the Odessa direction: landing to the west of Odessa (behind the Dniester estuary). The landing will be covered by the Dniester, the Bulgarian population does not accept Ukronazism. Since 2014, mobilization has been disrupted here, not a single territorial defense detachment has been formed. The Kyiv regime does not even bring machine guns here, fearing a revolt of the population.

After the strike in the Nikolaevsky direction and the landing near Odessa, the situation and prospects for Odessa take on a completely different look.

But these are "wishlists". How events will develop, the near future will show.
