Men dokumenten kom ut ändå
Welcome. On this page, you will find the documents and correspondence of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, as requested by former commission member Maine Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap.
These materials have been provided by the White House in response to a June 27, 2018 ruling by U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly. This includes communications between commissioners, with staff of federal agencies, with commission staff and related to the development of policy proposals, from its formation in May 11, 2017 to its termination on Jan. 3, 2018.
Secretary Dunlap filed a lawsuit to gain access to these materials on Nov. 9, 2017 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, alleging that the commission, led by Vice President Mike Pence and Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, violated the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) by excluding Dunlap and others from much of the commission’s work. The Executive Office of the President (EOP) was also a named defendant, as the office staffed the commission and maintained its records.
Click here for Secretary Dunlap’s Aug. 3, 2018 letter to former PACEI co-chairs Vice President Mike Pence and Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, regarding his findings. Below are the 29 PDFs that contain the materials responsive to his request.
