Frågan jag ställer mig då är, korrupt inom vad? Försvinner det pengar eller köpts det budgivning inom entreprenad för miljarder, eller är det små-korruption? För till och med Sverige är mer korrupt än folk fattar..
Man kan ju inte säga att ett land är korrupt när det är fullskaligt krig och det är ont om pengar och planering, bara för att den där bruden uppmärksammar att det inte finns pengar till sjukvården gör ju inte landet korrupt.
Att nån läkare tar emot pengar och ser det som en muta så går det ju knappast att beskylla resten av landet eller Poroshenko för det.
