A third force was the key factor in these clashes that became a bloody massacre in Kiev and turned the whole country upside down," Avakov said. "And that force was not Ukrainian."

The story of a sniper(s) targeting both sides is old news. The choice of the Estonian foreign minister to attribute the unidentified snipers as being aligned with the opposition is his new 'news'. It would be helpful to investigate Mr. Paet's past and his current agenda in guessing that the opposition provided the snipers.
A few days after the mass sniper shooting a video surfaced that showed a sniper in Berkut uniform shooting at both sides. Recorded wireless dialogue between Berkut Alpha team members and their team leader 'Myron', place them on the scene.
At the time of the shooting when the opposition was pushed back to central Maidan, who controlled the rooftops?
Viewing the events at Maidan and now Crimea, which side is known for its restraint in the face of physical abuse and assault?
Which side, Yanukovich-Putin or the opposition shows they have the diplomatic finesse of a hammer?
When in doubt the obvious answer is the best. Mr. Paet needs to do more homework before he lets his imagination run wild.
