I bought this insane, former Fiorentina player from the country that is Montenegro. Just by looking at this card, you can see that he is a player worth using: he got great pace, great shooting, decent passing, fantastic dribbling and also great heading. Of course, 50 Defending isn't especially good but then again - he is a striker, why would anyone care about that?
Since I started playing this game I have seen him in a lot of squads but because I never use one-league teams (except for one time in the beginning on this game) I found it hard to fit him in a hybrid squad without having too many City players surrounding him. As you can see above, I decided to put him as a striker (his best position is absolutely striker. I haven't used him anywhere else but to get the most out of him, striker is the position to choose). I used him next to Agüero who also is absolutely ridiculous and these to amazing players together builds a fantastic strike force that not only can strike fear onto their opponents, they can also score goals from anywhere on the pitch.
But why do I like him so much and how can he get a 10/10 rating? Let me explain that to you. The way that Jovetić can close games is unique, but the way he can score goals is just as unique. Just before I sat down, starting to write this review, I played against a guy and went 2-0 up (Nasri and Neymar) and as soon as he scored 2-1 (with his Jovetić) I started to get a bit nervous and he had plenty of chances to score an equalizer. In the 88th minute I cleared the ball on a corner, found Aguero who with a perfect pass found Jovetić who outmuscled his defender, lost it but got it back just as fast and right outside the penalty area he did what he is one of the best in the game at: scoring. The ball flew right into the top left corner, impossible for Petr Cech to reach. We all know that Cech is one of the best, if not the best, goalkeeper in this game and Jovetić completely smashed his confidence by scoring 3-1 and sealed the victory. The fact that I actually have two strikers that I can rely on is amazing. As soon as I have an opportunity to score with this man, there is a huge chance that I will have to deal with the decisions that is what celebrations I should use for Jovetić after he scored.
His 89 Ball Control really shows up in-game as he is very hard to get away the ball from and his ball control together with his strength that is 75 which is quite decent is another reason why most defenders will have a hard time getting away the ball from him. Jovetić also got 87 Dribbling which just is the icing on the cake in his case. Having high dribbling on a player with 4* skills is absolutely godlike and thanks to this I've been able to dribble past the opponents team directly from kick-off (haven't succeeded to score just yet though). Also have in mind that his 85 Agility is a major factor why this man feels great to dribble with.
For some people this is completely irrelevant as they use their striker with the purpose of scoring and nothing else, but as I have Jovetić as a striker together with two fast players that is Agüero and Neymar besides him, it's for me important that he have great passing and he really does have great passing. Some people say that passing in this game is nothing to think about, even a bronze is as good as Xavi passing-wise but I notice Jovetić's fairly high passing very often. His over the top passes (they get abused quite often, yeah) finds a teammate almost every time and his crosses are absolutely phenomenal.
As I've already talked a bit about his shooting (that I can rely on him all the time) I don't find it really necessary to talk much about it. 83 Shot Power, 80 Long Shots and 83 Finishing doesn't seem that much as there are plenty of strikers who have better stats, but this guy just don't miss the chances he gets. It's almost as he is a well behaved kid on Christmas as he is thankful for everything he get and does anything he can to show that he is just thankful.
His pace, maybe the most important part for a few of you reading this. He have 82 Acceleration and 81 Sprint Speed and it doesn't seem that much and yes, he isn't the fastest. Eto'o, Ibarbo, Aubameyang are just a few of the pacy strikers that you can use but no one is as good as this fella', at least in my case. He can run past defenders but if he can't, his 75 Strength will help him. This doesn't mean you can go on a strength run from the midfield all the way to the goalkeeper, but it means you got plenty of time to decide if you wanna try to trick the defender, go for a shot or pass it to a nearby player.
His heading surprised me the most. When I bought him I didn't notice that he had 76 Heading but I did In-Game. Every corner, Stevan is there to convert it to a goal or to at least be a part of a great chance. His 84 Reactions, 76 Heading Accuracy, 76 Jumping and 84 Positioning are all reasons for me being surprised when I first saw that Jovetic was the goal scorer after a corner. I didn't know he was 185cm or 6'0" either, but now that I do I will make sure to feed him with crosses and corners if I ever get the chance.
If you decided to do what I suggested (to scroll all the way down to read this if he/she didn't feel like reading this long) - welcome! I'm just about to end this review but first I'm gonna do the well known list where I put the good things about him, and the bad things. This is also called "pros and cons", which is Latin for "pro et contra" which is "for and against" in English. The more you know.
+ He'll convert a lot of your chances and there won't be many moments where you scream out his name in anger due to missing a sitter.
+ He is strong and fairly tall.
+ His heading is insanely good. You'll enjoy corners if you didn't already (well.. not if you come up against him).
+ His passing is great and he can easily pass to anyone even if they are far away. Making crosses with him isn't going to be hard.
+ HE IS CHEAP! I bought mine for 5,5k which is a steal. I would pay 100k for him if it was his price, no doubts.
+ 4* Weak Foot and 4* Skills
- He is from Montonegro and if you don't wanna use a few City players/BPL players, you will have to use a few players that you maybe haven't heard of. You can link him with Vucinic and Damjanovic but Damjanovic himself is a project as he plays in K League.
I used Deadeye on him - why? I don't know, I'm not sure if I think Chemistry Styles makes a big impact but it increased his Shooting and Passing so they got even better, so why not?

Skämt åsido så var det intressant att läsa och jag tycker precis likadant, ett rent odjur. Men för mig i BPL finns det så många sjuka anfallare, Benteke, Jove, Agge, Eto'o är liksom FIFA's absolut bästa och alla i samma liga.

Finns massor av "bra" spelare som är out of packs, men om inte efterfrågan är större än utbudet så ökar inte värdet. IF Seedorf, Adi, NIF och IF Januzaj har sjunkit efter dom tagit bort från packs.
Jag tror hypen och den generella uppfattningen om att han kommer bli dyr kommer i sig självt driva upp priset till en bubbla som sen spricker och faller ner till något dyrare än guldversionen.

Sjunka till 15-25k kommer han absolut inte göra, tänker mig runt 50-60k då han trots allt fortfarande är den bästa silverspelaren Men anledningen till att han har ökat så mycket sedan TOTY är ju främst för att han har kommit igång rejält IRL nu på senaste tiden, och de flesta som köper av denna anledningen kommer ju köpa den billigare och samtidigt bättre versionen.

Hur vet du vad han kommer kosta när vi inte ens vet om han får en up?

Skulle inte förvåna mig om priset sjönk ner under 10k då ingen kommer vilja ha hans silver.

Men anledningen till att han har ökat så mycket sedan TOTY är ju främst för att han har kommit igång rejält IRL nu på senaste tiden, och de flesta som köper av denna anledningen kommer ju köpa den billigare och samtidigt bättre versionen.
