We have been receiving reports that FIFA 14 players are unable to purchase points in-game on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Depending on a number of factors, Creation Center, pre-order bonuses, and code redemption might also fail or otherwise not function as expected.
We're still working on this issue and hope to have it resolved as soon as we can. We apologize for the frustration this has caused, and appreciate your patience while we work on a resolution.
