I have been incarnated into a human body recently but want to progress as quickly as possible please telll me the relevant manuals and techniques...thank you.

There really is no set manual, except that an "unexamined life is not worth living." I whatever you choose and follow make sure you know it intimately and can accept is personally with admiting that you have your own flaws and foilbles along your life to find it.

I agree there is no book that tells you how to live life. Besides finding your own way is part of the adventure. Really, life is what you make of it, its best to enjoy it because we're never here for that long at a time.

Well I'll tell you that I didn't have much of a choice in the matter of coming here. It was for my protection. Well Fangs you could do but Wings are a complicated story,

First you would need back muscles powerfull enough to propel you off the ground i suggest you work at it manually, for the actual growing of "Wings" i know of no magickal way of doing this, however there is a manual way; You need to first consider what type of wing you want to grow, once you have chosen it; Get yourself a sample of the wing and a genetic splicer and a splicing agent (ecolli should do) Find the gene for the size of the wing increase it to your porportions
should take 3-8 weeks to grow in a lab.

then make a tear on both sides of your back,

Attach the ligaments to the bone of the wings becareful not to cause internal damage whilst doing this, let the wound heal.
