I doubt it because even under "peaceful" co-existence it seems that both jews and muslims are at each others throats. Theres a reason why one of the parties built a wall in the frist place and theres a reason why one of the parties want to tear it down. The civilian capability for violence is far greater among arabs than israelis (or europeans).
You can enter any migrant heavy area in Europe whenever its France, Germany or Sweden and find the issue of middle eastern people repressing the liberties and lifes of non-muslims or non-arabs.
In both cases the arabs are the once who will threaten you with their family and cousins. In both cases the arabs will call your women loose amoral whores. And in both cases the arabs will repress things like liberty, freedom integrity and sexuality.
I mean Ive even been to Mea Shearim and at worst people will ignore you or give short angry glare.
It is not merely a question of if it would work - of course it would not. It would be equivalent to entering a sport stadium, where fans of two teams in bitter rivalry are shouting and screaming, and announce to all that "By the way, this is really pointless - let's go outside and enjoy the sun!" The spiral of violence and death has been passed down through generations in Palestine and Israel, it will never be stopped by outside forces.
However, there is another option: The people (not the power) can stop it all in an instant by simply refusing to bear arms on one another. Ignore the religious extremists, the politicians and the military and simply refuse to obey orders. The odds of that happening? Well, it evidently
can happen, and there is no physical laws that makes it impossible. Likely? No, a one in a billion chance perhaps, but that is the only solution, in my view.
