Skulle gissa att de "lokala" kontorerna knappast har så mycket inblandning i något dock, känns lite som med Google att dom bara har olika kontor i länder där det är krav på att ha det, men att dessa kontor sen inte är del i något riktigt styre av företaget, så tveksamt på vad man kommer hitta. Men kul att det görs något iaf!
