Det var det mest korkade påståendet som jag har hört. Ägg är ett av de mest näringsrika livsmedlen som finns och det finns ingen data som gör att man kan dra något slutsats av att det skulle vara skadligt, medans det finns massor som visar att det är bra för oss.
