TASS skriver om Ukrainska Stranas repportage om Ukrainas utvandring, många barnfamiljer lämnar och nu stängs 2000 skolor, byggda för 300000 skolbarn, skriver man. Ungefär 25 miljoner bor nu i Kiev styrda områden, vilket är ca hälften om man jämför med under Soviettiden.

The number of schools in Ukraine has decreased from 14,815 in 2020 to 12,701 at present due to the exodus of young people, the Ukrainian newspaper Strana reported, citing the profile portal Education.

"A total of 2,114 schools have closed. In urban areas, nearly 5% of these educational institutions have ceased operations. In rural areas, the situation is more severe — over 10% of schools have closed. Before the start of this academic year, approximately 300,000 schoolchildren left the country, Deputy Nina Yuzhanina of the Verkhovna Rada (the Ukrainian parliament) stated earlier.

Ukraine has been facing serious demographic challenges since gaining independence. According to estimates from the Ptoukha Institute for Demography and Social Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, between 25 and 28 million people currently reside in the territories under Kiev’s control. Ella Libanova, the director of the institute, previously noted that Ukraine's population will not return to Soviet-era levels — around 52 million people lived in the republic at that time. In 2012, the birth rate in the country reached a local maximum, amounting to only 1.53. Consequently, demographers believe that a "large influx of immigration" is urgently needed, including the return of Ukrainians who have moved abroad; together with labor migrants, this number reaches approximately 9 million. Currently, there are three deaths for every newborn in Ukraine."

TASS refererar till Orban som tycker att väst förlorar kriget, men att man inte kan erkänna detta, vilket ger oönskade effekter för väst.

"Western countries are losing the war in Ukraine but remain unwilling to end it or acknowledge their failure, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said, speaking on the Kossuth radio station.

"They find themselves in a difficult position, fighting a war that has already been lost," the prime minister said, reiterating that Hungary does not intend to be dragged into these actions despite the pressure exerted on it. "The situation is that Western countries do not want to stop the Russian-Ukrainian war, and so it is a valid question whether [Hungary] has room for maneuver," Orban said."

TASS beskriver hur Ryssland reagerar på vad man menar är ultimatum från Kiev. Man tycker väst ska övertala Ukraina att inte komma med ultimatum. Inga förhandlingar är möjliga under sådana förhållanden menar man och pekar samtidigt på att situationen i kriget förvärras konstant för Ukraina.

" Western patrons should explain to their minions in Kiev that there will be no prospects for negotiations on Ukraine without abandoning ultimatums to Russia and the situation on the ground will continue to change not in Kiev's favor, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister and BRICS Sherpa, Sergey Ryabkov, told a news conference following the association's summit in Kazan.

About the Russian-Ukrainian negotiation process Ryabkov said that first of all "Kiev's Western patrons should abandon their own escalation policy, which is based on the unrestrained pumping of Kiev with more and more weapons and further unbridled support."

"On the other hand, the very same Western capitals should persuade their minions that without abandoning unrealistic, in fact, ultimatum-like ideas regarding Russia and without revising the destructive stance leaving no room for negotiations, which Kiev continues to adhere to, nothing will work. The situation on the ground will continue to change not in favor of Kiev and its handlers. The goals of the special military operation will be achieved," Ryabkov said."

Här nämner TASS ett annat krav från Ryssland för att ha en dialog med Ukraina och det är att väst måste sluta skeppa vapen till Kiev regimen. Mycket om förhandlingar nu, börjar Kiev och väst få nog?

"A dialogue on settlement of the Ukrainian crisis with Western states would be possible under one precondition - if all arms shipments to the Kiev regime cease, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in an interview with the Tsargrad TV channel.

"For me, there is only indicator of seriousness of the West’s intentions: until their supplies of weapons and material aid for Ukrainian troops cease, there will be nothing to talk about but an escalation on their side," Zakharova believes.

According to the diplomat, if someone starts talking about some "displays of normality" from the collective West, while arms shipments to Ukraine continue, such talk about normality simply must not be believed."

Som vanligt "så går det så bra för UAF/BCY" att trollen håller sig borta från tråden, sanningen är dock att det går så dåligt att det inte finns något i nyhetsväg gällande Ukraina som är värt att presentera.
Fronten rör sig ständigt västerut och nu börjar paniken i UAF/BCY öka rejält gällande försvaret av Dnepropetrovsk som endast befinner sig något tiotal kilometer från fronten.
Inget synes gå deras väg numera.

Det enda som ryzzfan vill med detta uttalande är att Ukraina ska vara försvarslösa så mördar ryzzland får härja fritt, en annan sak är att ryzzland är på väg ner i skittunnan både ekonomiskt och militärt
