The Federal Security Service has received an order to prepare "appeals" from Russian citizens to President Vladimir Putin asking him not to stop the war against Ukraine. This was reported by political scientist Abbas Galliamov, a former speechwriter for Putin who worked in the Russian government's department for preparing public speeches in 2008-2010, citing sources in one of the regional departments of the FSB.

According to Galliamov, the unofficial command came from Moscow: video recordings of citizens should start appearing en masse, from ordinary pensioners in the rear to soldiers at the front, asking Putin "not to stop the SVO" and "finish off the vermin in its nest." As Galliamov notes, the initiative comes from the "hawks" - the war party in the Russian elite, which does not want to end the war if it requires concessions.

The tanker "Koala" which sank yesterday in the Russian port of Ust-Luga was possibly mined. This reports the Russian TG channel "Baza".

At the moment, no explosives were found, but search dogs are still searching the ship. Investigators found three holes in the tanker's hull near the engine room.
