"Low RPM warning
Specifically, rotor RPM. You can hear the turbine spool up from reduced load while the rotor speed declines to the alarm speed. Something broke in the driveline between the turbine and rotor.
Being in a hover at low altitude is the absolute worst place to be for that failure condition. "

This is a tough one. What you are initially hearing is I think, the engine over speeding, then for sure the rotor over speed horn going off, followed by the engine failing and shortly after the low rotor horn. He enters auto rotation and recovers rotor rpm closer to the ground but at a too high an elevation, (I’m guessing trying to miss people and the building) he then pulls collective and you hear the low rotor horn again. watching the news cast report on their own accident is tough to watch
