According to Ekaterina, in her father's birth certificate, his middle name is spelled with the letter "A", while in all other documents, it is spelled with the letter "O". During his lifetime, this did not prevent him from serving in the military. However, after his death, which, according to the girl, occurred while saving his comrades, his wife and two younger daughters have faced rejections for benefits. She claims that Sharif's daughters, Sofia (19 years old) and Zlata (14 years old), have not been granted a monthly survivor's pension. As a result of this situation, their mother is supporting the children on a single salary.
