När tyskarna tog över NATO-styrkorna i Baltikum visste inte den tyska ÖB hur han skulle kunna skicka striddsvagnar dit. Det fanns inga tågvangnar.
Tyska armens beredskap är nog den sämsta i NATO. Varför tyskarna är så sena beror inte på att politikerna har sagt nej utan att prylarna har behövts lagats.
