According to it, the latest research by the Kiel Institute for the World Economy shows a significant reduction in support against the backdrop of the deteriorating situation of Ukrainian forces in the Donbass and the lack of stability.
“In terms of arms deliveries, there is a big gap between the promised support and the assistance that was actually provided. Financial assistance to Ukraine continues to be paid too slowly to be able to stabilize the country's budget in the long term. Only Poland has so far kept all the publicized promises for the supply of weapons,” the institute said in a report.
