Armed with a bow and arrow . This is how the killer who made a massacre in Norway presented himself. In the south of the country, in the city of Kongsberg , about 80 kilometers from the capital Oslo, a gunman started shooting arrows at passers-by. The suspect in the attack was arrested. Local police chief Oeyvind Aas said the man acted alone. At the moment, investigators are trying to figure out what the motive may be. The police did not rule out any hypothesis.
