Citat:
Still, there is no clear reason for the decline, but the report did rule out two possibilities: longer hours at work and pornography. Americans work longer days, but a busy work life was actually connected with higher sexual frequency. The consumption of pornography, which is now more accessible than ever before, was also tied with a busier sex life.
det är
inte arbete eller porr.
2)
Här är mer belägg för att kvinnor idag har mindre sex än tidigare generationer,
Citat:
…yet the frequency of sexual intercourse among married couples has fallen in recent years. When Alfred Kinsey preformed his studies on married couples in the late 1940s and early 1950s, the average frequency of intercourse was twice a week. Social scientist Morton Hunt found that it had increased to approximately 3.25 times weekly by the end of the mid-1970s, which he felt was due to societal changes related to the availability of the birth control pill and the sexual revolution. More recent studies, however, have found that the frequency has fallen and now averages less than twice weekly…
Citat:
It’s worse than it sounds. “Less than twice weekly” is a very nicey-nice, politically correct and safe way of saying “around once or twice a month”. Even that does not take into account the huge but temporary spike of sexual activity in a newly married couple. (I love people who brag about how much sex they’re getting after they’ve only been married five months. Uh yeah, wait three more years then let me know how much you’re getting.) Remove that from the averages, and the stats get even worse.
ni kan se att frekvensen var,
- 2 gånger per vecka på 1940/50 talet.
- 3.25 gånger per vecka på 1970 talet.
-
under 2 gånger per vecka idag ie 1-2 gånger per månad.
3) Den riktiga anledningen är att kvinnor inte gillar sex och bara ställer upp om de känner sig tvingade.
Här är en kvinna som säger som det är,
Citat:
News that a group of sadists, sorry, scientists, have found a way for men to go on even longer in the bedroom fills me with horror. What we women really want is something that will speed them up, not slow them down.
Once you get past the initial first flush of lust, sex becomes a drag. Indeed, all my married friends will do anything to avoid having sex with their husbands. And who can blame them when we live in a world full of other, far more thrilling diversions?
Even when I was in my frisky prime, I always found the best part of sex was the chase, and while the seduction was often thrilling, five minutes was quite enough. President Kennedy was famous for his one-minute seductions and I never heard of any of his conquests complaining.
When I was married in the Nineties, I found sex with my husband so tedious I used read the newspaper while he was fiddling around.
My libido hasn't improved and, now I am 54, I would rather scrub the taps with a toothbrush than have sex. My poor, long-suffering boyfriend of 12 years has practically given up on me.
On the few occasions we might manage something, I make sure the time isn't completely wasted by getting on with facial exercises. If he's taking his time, I'll often grumble, 'Can't you hurry up?'
