“Of Kings and Prophets” hails from “Exodus: Gods and Kings” writers Adam Cooper and Bill Collage. Described as an “epic Biblical saga of faith, ambition and betrayal,” the series will be told from three perspectives — a battle-weary king, a powerful and resentful prophet and a resourceful young shepherd. The pilot from ABC Studios will be exec produced by Iranian-American author Reza Aslan, Jason Reed and Mahyad Tousi.

Veteran British actor Ray Winstone (The Departed) is set for a lead in Of Kings And Prophets, ABC’s drama pilot written by Adam Cooper & Bill Collage and directed by Jeffrey Nachmanoff, which will be filmed in South Africa.

Vad menas med att man sätter ordet "Of" före "Kings and Prophets"? Varför inte bara "Kings and Prophets"?

Blir lagd på hyllan tills vidare för att de vill fixa till piloten (och inriktningen) på serien, plus att vissa skådespelare dumpas och i stället för 13 avsnitt så har de reducerat det till 10. Verkar inte direkt lovande:
