"As you might know, people are currently discussing if Medison is a
scam or not. If you like to help otherwise, please answer the
following questions to help clear your name.
This thread has been mirrored at several other forums, so if you
avoid answering or delete the thread, you will only damage your weak
name even more.

1. How could you lower the price so much compared to the price of
3000 SEK that you mentioned in http://www.idg.se/2.1085/1.100914 ?
1000 SEK is quite a bit lower.

2. Why did you change the idea from not selling directly to customers
as you staded in http://www.idg.se/2.1085/1.100914

3. Why is this last change and sell-start rushed is such a way? I.E
companys started in just a few days, contracts created in so such
short notice that most of the companies you mention on your site
doesn't know anything about you?

4. Why is your company adress sharing the exact same address as
several hundred others?

5. Why do a serious company use a hotmail adress to register their
domain? Why is the phone number in the same registration going to
some random person in Malmö and not the registrar?

6. Why did Medison Data AB go bankrupt? Why is this inconsistent with
your company history?

7. Why do you state on the site that you have your own plants and
that manufacturing are done in Brazil when the computer specified and
pictured are manufactured by Clevo in Taiwan? See

8. Are the total prices on your site including UK VAT as required by
law when selling from one EU country to antoher and dealing with
consumers? You can't bypass this by stating otherwise on the site.

9. In that case (which I really hope, or are you violating laws
already), how can you manage to have Swedish Support, service in
sweden by Infocare, free shipping to Sweden and so on and still
earning money on the sale, when the price from manufacturers alone
are exceeding that sum, not even including assembly?

10. How do you know which keyboard language to put on which coputer,
concidering that you have stated that you get Swedish keyboard when
one customer asked?

11. Why is the delivery time so long? I.E. just long enough to grab
the money and run before anyone can proove that they don't get what
ordered, just like scams like Blew, teknikboom, peggyab and so on?

12. In which country are you now Valdi?

Dear bluffellerej,

We at Medison understand that many people might think a product and a
company can be fake. Unfortunately there are too many people out there
who tried and did. Therefore it is of big importance to us as well to
answer your questions. We do not answer these questions to "clear" our
name, since Medison has done no illegal actions whatsoever, but we do
answer the questions since we have got hundreds of questions from
people listening to false information about Medison, its people and
the product itself.

With all respect to your questions we are willing to answer some of
them and some parts we are not obliged nor willing to answer since
they are a part of a busniees strategy and/or secret information
available for the owners only, or simply of private character.

1) It is true that we went out in the first article on IDG.se telling
that the price for the end consumer would be around 3000 SEK. That is
because the companies we were discussing with wanted to have a big
profit on each laptop sold to the end consumer. Since we at Medison
believe it is better to offer a laptop so that everyone can afford to
buy a laptop, we decided to offer our Medison Celebrity to a very good
price where we have very, very low margin so that everyone can buy a
laptop rather than giving too high profits to other companies and have
less computers sold to the end consumers.

2) See last part of 1).

3) There has not been any 'rush', but actually has been carefully
planned over some time. Any kind of registration of company name or
domain does not show wether a strategy is planned or not in a company.
This kind of information can instead be done on purpose to not reveal
to competitors what is going on. But then again, Medison has no
obligations to answer what its strategy is and therefore any kind of
interpretations made by people outside the company.

4) Medison is registered, as many other companies both in UK, USA or
any other European country on an address shared by many companies.
This is quite normal. Let me give you an example. In a high sky scrape
building with 41 floors, all of the people living there have the same
address. We do not see our common shared addres as something strange,
but rather normal.

5) In USA it is VERY common that business people use a hotmail address
or yahoo address together with their business e-mail addresses. It is
common to do so as an insurance to not miss any important e-mails in
case a mail server would crash. Since the companies offering Domain
names have no rules that say a person or a company cannot use a
hotmail address when they register, then we don't see what relevance
your questions has. If the domain company has not updated their client
informations (such as a phone number), then there is noone else that
can be blamed for that.

7) Medison has never stated that we have manufacturing plants in
Brazil, although we have both assembling plants and plans for
constructing a manufacturing plant. All other information has been
transformed by other people.

8) Medison Europe Limited is following all European and national laws.

9) With all respect to your question, Medison has no obligation to
answer any of its strategies nor business agreements with partners.

10) Our logistic system allows us to send a Medison Celebrity laptop
with the right keyboard settings when we get the shipping address from
our customers.

11) The delivery time is set by the logistic process to be able to
deliver our product to our buyers. Your accusation is hypothetical and
Medison has no experience nor could come up with a guess on how long
it takes to "grab the money and run". It is not in our and our
customers interest to even see this as an option.
