"We are looking for a Senior IT Technician to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Replace screens, computers, and mobile phones as part of hardware maintenance.
Act as second-line support for users, addressing issues related to printers, computers, screens, mobile phones, video conferences, etc.
Provide on-site support to users in various offices in Malmö and the surrounding area.
Collaborate with a team of approximately 10 technicians, each responsible for specific geographical areas.
Execute hardware replacements for screens, computers, and mobile phones.
Provide second-line support for users, addressing a range of hardware-related issues.
Ensure on-site support to users in different offices, following a geographical rotation.
Collaborate within a team to manage and resolve support tasks effectively.
What you bring:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of documented work experience as a second-line support technician for computers, printers, and mobile phones.
Recent Experience: At least 1 year of documented support experience gained in the last 2 years.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.
Driving: B driving license and experience in driving when visiting various customer offices.
Network Experience: Previous experience working with networks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 30,000.00kr - 60,000.00kr per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Malmö: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
