Tydligen så är det så att pipelinen redan är fylld med 177 miljoner m3 med gas för att upprätthålla trycket i den.

Det handlar alltså om att ta vara på den gasen som redan finns i ledningen kan man tolka det som. Är det vad undersökningen handlade om?
