" The Russian media outlet Verstka reports that on the morning of 19 April, "unknown people came to the flat of Arseny Borisov, a 21-year-old second-year student at the Moscow School of Architecture. They picked the lock and broke into the flat.
"Police officers who arrived at the student's call did not stop the unknown assailants and took Arseny to the military enlistment office in the Ramenskiy district. This was reported by Borisov's relatives on social networks."
His girlfriend says: "He told me that he was taken away from the flat by force. They took away his passport, prevented him from calling and taking his phone with him, handcuffed him, tied him up and took him to the enlistment office." He was not exempt from mobilisation.
Arseny was given a draft order and a medical examination. "Senya was frightened that if he did not agree to join the army, he would go to prison. They put psychological pressure on him."
