Jag vet inte mer än det jag har skrivit. Han låter som att han kommer från USA.
Det är inte olagligt men som tidigare postare är det ett sätt att skydda sig från stämningar.
Får företag idéer skickade till sig så svarar de med "Tack men nej tack - vi tar inte emot idéer utifrån" istället för att diskutera vidare med personen.
Skulle personen känna sig sviken så kan han ju stämma företaget och då han har mail och sådant sparat med konversationen så kan det kosta att bli av med stämningen.
