Sorry my swedish isnt the best but I live in expensive stockholm so im posting here.

I am 21. Have only went to high school and will go to uni next fall. For free in my country. I have no debt. I have been working more or less full time for 1.5 years now. Thing is I go out A LOT: bars and eating out and cinema etc. And I live in an expensive city. I also go on trips often. My rent is 6000sek/m. Then I also pay food of course. I pay my gym membership. I pay the SL card too. And a shit ton of going out expenses. I also shop a lot.

I feel guilty and considering to ask for more shifts. My salary is around 16000sek/m after taxes. I currently have around 80k sek in my bank account and that is ALL the money I own.

Am I good? Should I work more to compensate for my expenses?

Dont get me wrong! Having 80k at your age is amazing

However, you need another job that will pay you better per month. 16k wont get you anywhere.

I guess it depends. Can you survive using only your salary? Or are the saved up money being used monthly to cover excess expenses? If so, then yes. It is not an ideal situation. Eventually you will run out of money. Either get your expenses under control or increase your wage.

On a sidenote; 16k netto salary in a big city like Stockholm is NOT good. Make sure your employer is not fucking you over by seeing what other people make in your line of work - and start making demands. Even as a foreigner you have rights just as we do. Use those rights. Good luck!

Looks that you don't live very well 16,000 salary and 80,000 in savings - thats not a fancy lifestyle
no nice car(s) - suppose you don't pay 200 kr for a daily meal which is the price if you can't or won't cook in the kitchen like a woman.

So how much do you want to save and what will you do with the saved money

I mean you've taken responsibility in ensuring you have a "safety net" in case something happens. 80k is a lot of money in that regard. You're young and shouldn't feel bad about living a bit, especially when you have saved up that much money already.

I'd recommend trying to switch jobs. Warehouse manual labor (ICA/Coop/etc), Assembly line work or forklift related jobs will pay way more. You could be earning what you pull now before taxes.
