Ah okej, så om man har egna pengar att betala med är det okej med dig att de släpps ut och begår nya brott. Got it.

You got it, det är väl ganska självklart att man är mer rädd om sina egna pengar och vill ha tillbaks de, därför håller man sig i skinnet. Finns säkert statistik på det.

"Brooks is a violent 39-year-old career criminal, registered sex offender and amateur rapper from north Milwaukee with a rap sheet going back to 1999, who allegedly punched the mother of his child in the face early last month and then drove over her, leaving tire marks on her leg. Despite the severity of that crime, he was released five days before the Waukesha rampage on a cash bail of just $1,000 set by liberal Milwaukee County prosecutors.

Screenshots of Brooks’ Facebook page, under his MathBoi Fly rapper handle, were mysteriously deleted right after the parade murders, and showed that he had praised Hitler, backed Black Lives Matter — and called for violence against white people.

Brooks was apparently driving away from another domestic violence episode on the day of the murders but cops said they were not pursuing him. He drove the car in a “zig-zag motion” so as to “strike and hurt as many people as possible”..."

"A Milwaukee County judge on Monday ordered Darrell Brooks Jr., the man charged in the Waukesha, Wisconsin, Christmas parade attack that left six people dead, to make an in-person appearance in February 2022 for an unrelated case.

"Prosecutors charged Brooks with six counts of homicide two days after the parade. They added 71 new charges against him Wednesday, including multiple counts of reckless endangerment, hit-and-run involving death, battery and bail jumping. Darrell Brooks, accused in the Waukesha Christmas Parade attack that left six people dead, appeared in Waukesha County court on Friday, Jan. 14 for his preliminary hearing on dozens of new charges in an amended complaint.

Brooks now faces 77 charges in all including the following:

• First-degree intentional homicide (six counts)
  
• First-degree recklessly endangering safety (61 counts)
  
• Hit and run-resulting in death (six counts)
  
• Felony bail jumping (two counts)

Jaha, då var rättegången i princip över, juryn överlägger och juridikkommentatorer på Youtube tror att domen kan komma idag, eller i kväll svensk tid.

Rättegången har livestreamats, någon som kollat? Brooks valde som tagits upp tidigare att representera sig själv och inte ha hjälp av advokat. Detta gjorde bl a att han själv fick kalla och korsförhöra vittnen. Han har också ägnat sig åt att tjafsa med domare Jennifer R Dorow, blivit omväxlande utslängd och insläppt i salen för att han inte kan uppföra sig som folk, tagit av sig på överkroppen, påstått att domstolen inte kan bestämma över honom eftersom han är en "sovereign citizen", inte fått vittna eftersom han tjafsade med domaren i stället för att kalla sig själv som vittne, mm mm. Domaren har haft fullt sjå med att säkerställa att hans rättigheter uppfylls så han inte kan få igenom överklagan senare, medan han bara drar ut på tiden och ställer till det för sig själv eftersom han inte har så bra koll på juridiken, för att uttrycka sig milt.

Igår höll båda sidor sin slutplädering, Brooks sa att hans samvete var rent och antydde att det kanske var Jesus som ville att han skulle köra över folk...

Det är bortåt 70 "counts" juryn ska avgöra om han är skyldig till (varje skadad person är ett "fall") så det kan ta ett tag innan de är klara även om de är överens från start.

Nu läser de domarna. Guilty, guilty, guilty...

Har följt detta och sett hur han betett sig som en idiot under rättegången, skrikande på domaren och utan att visa någon ånger. Han fick ca 1200 år ..

Såg lite av rättegången också. Sjukt att man beter sig så när anhöriga är där.. Noll respekt. Standard bland mördare..
