Personnumer

Hello everyone and thanks in advance for any advice
I just arived in sweden 3 weeks ago ,I'm from romania ,I lived in uk 5 years ,and I wanted a change, as always I wanted to come in Scandinavia and settle here ,my problem is : I don't have a job yet ,i will have soon at black for the moment I have no other way ,how can I get a samordingsnummer ,or a personnumer, cause they require me to have a job ,you search for one and they ask about personnumer, it seems impossible in my opinion, any advice will be welcome and all my gratitude towards the one who can help me ,thanks alot fellows vikings

Fellow vikings? I am not so sure about that one. You can always do like your fellow countrymen: Grab a mug and beg for cash outside of the supermarket.

Migrationsverket hands out samordningsnummer in unlimited quanitities, as if they were supermarket discount coupons.

What i've heard is that if you can get a car written on your name Transportstyrelsen will give you the last four "special-numbers".

If you can use them for work i dont know. It's an interesting thought.

I think that a non-swedish citizen wants to work in Sweden you have to immigrate through Skatteverket. But i don't think you can do that if you don't have some kind of permission/arbets- or uppehållstillstånd.

No, he doesnt need any kind of permissin (EU citizen). Just check the links I posted so you will be allright.

Thanks for the people who landed a good advice, the people who say to go and beg for money outside the supermarket, can go themselves I worked all my life ,I dont need to do that ,is just not fair I came to work and get settled ,and seems so fucked up my way
