Thank you for providing us with your documents.
However, the documents you provided as proof of address and proof of identity are not within the documents we accept.
Furthermore, the bank statement you uploaded does not mention your IBAN.
Please request an official letter, certification or a statement of fees from your bank in which the IBAN and the accountholder's name is mentioned.
The documents should be clear and in PDF form or photograph of a physical document. Mobile screenshots are not accepted, as well as, scanned or cropped images.
In order for your account to be verified, the following documents are required:
A clear photograph of your National ID, Passport or Driving License
A photograph of the whole page of a proof of address, issued in your name, within the last 3 months.
The accepted documents are bank/ card statements with your latest transactions and utility bills such as electricity, water, landline, gas, heat, mobile phone bills.
In order for your IBAN to be verified, the following documents are accepted:
Bank Statement or an official bank document that clearly states the IBAN and the accountholder's name.
Please note that the documents we accept are specific, and should be in PDF form or photographs of a physical copy.
We cannot accept mobile screenshots, cropped or scanned files.
All the documents must be uploaded to your gaming account .
To upload your documents please click on your Icon -> My profile - > Documents tab -> Select the type of the document -> Choose file -> Verify.
