Jag håller på att importera en bil från Tyskland. En privathandlare jag kom i kontakt har jobbat i Tyskland men nu flyttat till Irland. Den tyskregistrerade bilen finns alltså i Irland och han vill skeppa den därifrån till en köpare. Jag ställer mig givetvis lite suspekt till situationen. Utöver problematiken med att köpa grisen i säcken, vill jag så klart heller inte bli scammad. Samtidigt vill jag träda lite varsamt fram i samtalet och inte slänga mig med en massa anklagelser om det skulle vara så att personen är seriös. Jag undrar således, utifrån det här mailurklippet där säljaren informerar mig om hur han vill genomföra affären, går det att hitta några luckor där det uppenbart eller möjligtvis tyder på att det är en skum affär, eller som ger luckor för ett bedrägeri? Nu är det ju inte tillräckligt konkretiserat i mailet, men hur skulle man kunna be säljaren konkretisera för att blotta om det är seriöst eller bedrägeri?

The transport company will send you e -mail with the delivery documents , the Inspection Report , the transaction identification number ( tracking number) and the invoice with the bank payment information . With the transaction identification number, you can go online to their web page to check 24/7 the status of the transaction.
2) Upon receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail from the company, the next step is to transfer the value in the company bank account.
Delivered between foreign countries suppose some expenses and the car will not be delivered to the purchaser without warranty.
3) Once the company receives the amount in their account, the delivery will start directly to your home address .
4) You will have to sign for the receipt and from that moment you do have a period of 5 days to make a professional test and max. 500 km to drive it.
5 ) Even if you get the car shipped , you are not forced to buy it, you can reject it and you will be refunded 100% in max. 24 hours if the vehicle does not comply with my description or it has technical or mechanical problems and the car will be sold to a local car dealer .
6) If the car is ok, you need to sign in the contract of sale and the car is yours.
